  • Lamplight Lorals

    Lamplight Lorals

    German Pils - 5.1%

What happens when it's 4:30 in the morning and you can't sleep? You brew by lamplight. Lamplight Lorals is a crisp SMaSH lager. Its grainy-sweet malt backbone supports a moderate hop bitterness, showcasing everyone's favorite modern-noble hop, Loral, coming through with floral and herbal notes, and just a hint of fruit. At 5.1% and finishing dry, you're going to want a few of these. We know we do! [Recipe]

    ReaL Quick Red

    Real Quick Red

    Irish Red Ale - 4.5%

An Irish-style Red Ale with Cluster and Saaz hops. Fermented with the Windsor strain, this red tore through primary fermentation in three days. Real Quick Red's subtle caramel flavor and lightly roasted finish make for a very easy pint. Sláinte! [Recipe]

    The Brewfather App

    Brewfather

    Online Brewing Utility

No brewery is complete without a method to manage and record processes. A relative newcomer to the scene, Brewfather is a breath of fresh air, making management of inventory, recipes, and brewday a real breeze. Integration with the Tilt Hydrometer is a delight, too.

    Bender

    Grainfather Connect

Inspired by the Shiny Metal Brewhouse, our Bender brews up five gallons, batch after batch, like a charm. With a small footprint and a savvy Bluetooth controller, Bender's been a delightful addition to the family. We'll upgrade to a bigger system eventually, but we'll keep him around for smaller batches and experiments - as they say, blah blah blah, Bender is great!

    Unity and The Forge

Ss Brewtech 7g Unitank and Anvil Bucket

A variation on the animated theme, Unity arises from my dream to fill the homebrewery with gorgeous stainless steel unitank after unitank, all named Unity. With the ability to ferment under pressure, harvest yeast, carbonate and serve all from one vessel, Unity can do whatever you do and more, baby.

Unity lives in harmony with The Forge, Anvil Brewing Equipment's 7.5 g stainless steel bucket fermenter.

    Around the World

Never ones to let a pesky language barrier or international border get in the way, we've quaffed beers with the Quebecois, thrown back drams in Dublin, and did shots of sugarcane moonshine on a Santa Cruz farm. And we're just getting started.

    Across the Country

Whether we're visiting Magnify Brewing, right across town, Prison City Pub, hours up the east coast, or winging it out to Nevada for the Las Vegas Distillery, stopping to experience the local spirits is just a part of what takes us where we go.
